Swiss Legal and Tax Implications of Social Impact Bonds
Les obligations à impact social (Social Impact Bonds ou SIB) offrent aux investisseurs la possibilité de réaliser un rendement financier qui dépend des résultats obtenus par une organisation à but non lucratif dans le cadre d’un projet particulier. Les fonds nécessaires au paiement des investisseurs sont mis à disposition par des donateurs (généralement des gouvernements ou des entités publiques), dont les contributions dépendent du résultat du projet. La contribution présente les principaux aspects des SIB du point de vue juridique et fiscal suisse et tire des enseignements du Program for Humanitarian Impact Investment, un SIB du Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR).
