Le rapport alternatif, relatif au Pacte international relatif aux droits civils et politiques, reflète l'opinion de l’ « Alliance contre le Racial Profiling », un collectif de militant-e-s, de scientifiques, d'artistes, d'organisations de défense des droits humains et de personnes qui luttent ensemble contre le racisme institutionnel au sein de la police suisse et des gardes-frontière et contre le racisme structurel au sein de la société suisse. Le rapport a été compilé et révisé par un comité et appuyé par différentes personnalités et organisations. (jp)
