Comparison of the Swiss Rules With the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and Others
The Swiss Rules of International Arbitration are modelled on the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, adapted to serve as the rules of an arbitral institution. However, the Swiss Rules are also much more than that: They mark very significant improvements and reflect the «wisdom» gathered in the past 25 years in good practices of international arbitration.
