Addendum to the Article: «Does the World Anti-Doping Code Revision Live up to its Promises? A Preliminary Survey of the Main Changes in the Final Draft of the 2015 WADA Code»
Cet article apporte un complément à l’analyse préliminaire publiée par les mêmes auteurs en novembre 2013, analyse qui portait sur les principaux changements résultant de la révision du Code mondial antidopage 2015. Les auteurs présentent et examinent ici trois changements de dernière minute apportés au projet du Code finalement adopté. Ces trois changements sont significatifs, dès lors qu’ils touchent en particulier au sort réservé dans la lutte antidopage à la consommation de drogues dites récréatives.
