Les droits de l'homme en Chine sont un thème qui vaut d'être observé régulièrement. Alors qu'on peut suivre une mutation continue sans qu'aucun changement n'intervienne, il s'agit là de l'un des thèmes les plus intéressants qui soit exploré dans la Chine d'aujourd'hui. Bien que la politique des droits de l'homme en Chine vise à renforcer les droits de l'homme, elle ne produit aucun effet sur la vie quotidienne des Chinois. Les minces réformes du pouvoir judiciaire contribuant à une meilleure protection des droits de l'homme sont en outre révoquées. (nse)
