Die Fälle Dogan, P & S und K & A wurden alle von nationalen Gerichten an den Gerichtshof der Europäischen Union (EuGH) unter dem Begriff «Integrationsmassnahmen» überwiesen, welche gemäss der Richtlinie zur Familienzusammenführung und der Richtlinie über langfristig aufenthaltsberechtigte Drittstaatsangehörige über Drittstaatsangehörige verhängt werden können. Der Beitrag diskutiert diese Fälle sowie die Festlegung von Ermessensspielräumen der Mitgliedstaaten, solche Integrationsmassnahmen aufzuerlegen. (sts)
