Es lohnt sich, die Menschenrechte in China ständig zu beobachten. Da man stetigen Wandel ohne jegliche Veränderung verfolgen kann, ist es eines der interessantesten Themen, welches im heutigen China erforscht wird. Obwohl die Menschenrechtspolitik in China auf eine Verbesserung der Menschenrechte abzielt, zeigt sie keinerlei Wirkung auf das tägliche Leben der Chinesen. Andererseits werden schwache Reformen durch die Judikative vorgenommen, welche zu besserem Menschenrechtsschutz führen – und diese Reformen werden widerrufen. (sts)
